Extension projects are often complex and this project was no exception. The construction involved extending an existing single level café into a three storey office and café complex, all whilst the existing café remained open and operational.

Well known for our experience in complex extension projects, PacifiCO Structural steel were awarded the project and set to work to co-ordinate the installation of the 15 tonnes of structural steel and 300m of purlins with both Bill Jacobs Constructions and the Café site personnel, which ensured a successful project to all involved.
